DAILY ITINERARY

Fatima - Lisbon - Santarem - Burgos - Santiago de Compostela - Lourdes

Day 1 - Departure

Your journey starts with an international flight to Lisbon, Portugal. 

Day 2 - Lisbon | Santarem | Fatima

When you arrive at Lisbon Airport, you will meet your private coach for the pilgrimage. The first stop is Santarém, where you will see one of the oldest recorded Eucharistic miracles in the world. After a visit to the Church of St. Stephen, you will travel to Fátima, which is about 1.5 hours away. In Fátima, you will check in and celebrate the Opening Mass at the Sanctuary. In the evening, you will join the candlelight rosary procession. 

Day 3 - Fatima

Sanctuary and Surroundings

Start your day by visiting the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, the Chapel of Apparitions, and the tombs of the three seers. Take a reflective walk to Valinhos and Aljustrel, where the angel appeared and where the children lived. You will gather for a group Mass and have time for reflection and devotion. 

Day 4 - Fatima

Youth Retreat Day

Join us for a morning retreat that includes Eucharistic Adoration and the chance for confession. Participate in a group session that will help deepen your faith and build connections. Mass will be celebrated during the retreat. In the afternoon, you can spend time in personal prayer, visit the sanctuary, or reflect quietly. 

Day 5 - Santiago de Compostela

Leave Fátima and travel to Santiago de Compostela, which takes about five hours. Once you arrive, enjoy a light walking tour of the old town and visit the Cathedral, a historic site for pilgrims. In the evening, you will attend the Pilgrim Mass at the Cathedral of St. James. 

Day 6 - Burgos

In the morning, visit the tomb of St. James for the last time and take a moment for personal or group prayer. In the afternoon, drive to Burgos, which will take about 4.5 hours with breaks. When you arrive, visit the beautiful Cathedral of Santa María, a UNESCO World Heritage site. End the day with evening Mass. 

Day 7 - Lourdes

Travel through the scenic Pyrenees Mountains to Lourdes, which is about 5 hours away. Check into your hotel when you arrive in the afternoon. In the evening, join the candlelight rosary procession at the Sanctuary with other pilgrims from around the world.

Day 8 - Lourdes

Sanctuary and Grotto 

Start your day at the Grotto of Massabielle, where the Virgin Mary appeared to St. Bernadette. Follow her path as you visit the basilicas and other important sites. Attend Mass at the Grotto, and if you wish, you can experience the healing baths. 

Day 9 - Lourdes

Stations and Processions 

Hike the Way of the Cross on a friendly path that promotes reflection and connection. Join the Eucharistic Procession at the Sanctuary and take part in a group Mass. Spend the evening in spiritual reflection, Adoration, and prayer. 

Day 10 - Lourdes

Retreat and Final Day 

Join a morning group retreat for spiritual journaling and personal reflection. We will celebrate a Closing Mass of Thanksgiving and finish with evening prayer at the Sanctuary to show gratitude for the journey and the blessings we received. 

Day 11 - Departure

Take a coach to Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, which takes about 2.5 hours, for your flight home
