Day 2 - Arrive in Prague
Welcome to the beautiful city of Prague! Upon arrival at Prague Airport (PRG), you will be transferred to your hotel, where you can settle in.
Day 3 - Prague
Marian Devotion and Historic Wonders
Start your pilgrimage at the Church of Our Lady Victorious, home to the miraculous Infant Jesus of Prague, where you can pray and reflect. Cross the iconic Charles Bridge for stunning views of the Vltava River and the city. Visit the majestic St. Vitus Cathedral within Prague Castle to appreciate its Gothic architecture and sacred art. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in Marian spirituality at Loreto Sanctuary, exploring its treasury and peaceful gardens. Day 4 - Prague to Vienna
Depart in the morning for Vienna, Austria, a city where history, culture, and faith beautifully intertwine. Upon arrival, enjoy an orientation tour that includes a visit to the stunning St. Stephen’s Cathedral, an iconic symbol of Vienna’s spiritual life. Celebrate Mass to deepen your connection to the sacred.
Day 5 - Vienna
Saints, Music, and Marian Devotion
Start your day with a visit to Schönbrunn Palace, where imperial grandeur meets spiritual tradition. Next, celebrate Mass at Maria am Gestade, one of Vienna’s oldest Marian churches, revered for its historic architecture and devotion. Engage in a youth discussion on the theme “Faith & Beauty,” reflecting on how art and faith inspire and uplift the human spirit.
Day 6 - Mariazell to Budapest
Depart early for a pilgrimage stop at Mariazell, Austria’s most famous Marian Shrine, nestled in the mountains. Explore the Basilica and see the miraculous statue of the Virgin Mary, which has attracted pilgrims for centuries. Take time for prayer and mass before continuing your journey to Budapest. Arrive in Budapest in the evening and attend Mass to end the day in worship and community.
Day 7 - Budapest
Saints and Martyrs of Hungary
Begin your exploration of Budapest with a visit to St. Stephen’s Basilica, home to the revered relic of the saint’s right hand, a powerful symbol of faith and national identity. Ascend to the Citadel for panoramic views of the city and then stroll across the historic Chain Bridge spanning the Danube River. Spend time in Mass and participate in a spiritual workshop focused on Hungary’s rich history of faith and martyrdom.
Day 8 - Budapest
Visit the Church of Our Lady of Buda Castle, a site of profound Marian devotion offering breathtaking views of Budapest. Reflect on the stories of Eastern European martyrs and the perseverance of faith through hardship. Celebrate a Mass of Thanksgiving and conclude the day with a group night prayer, sharing fellowship and gratitude.
Day 9 - Budapest
Day of Fellowship and Reflection
Enjoy an optional youth activity or take a serene boat ride on the Danube River, appreciating the city's beauty from the water. The day concludes with a final Mass and farewell celebration, honoring the spiritual journey you shared together.
Day 10 - Departure
After breakfast, receive a final blessing and group prayer before transferring to Budapest Airport for your flight home, carrying with you the memories and spiritual graces of this pilgrimage.
